In-house lamination line

From raw board to ready panel.

Our lamination machine bonds decorative film onto any flat board with PUR glue, heat and pressure. Every panel comes out flat, sealed and ready to cut.

Live line

Watch the film go on.

01Board feeding

Raw boards are sanded, dusted and fed onto the conveyor.

02PUR glue coating

A roller spreads an even, thin coat of moisture-resistant glue.

03Film lamination

Decor film is pressed onto the board under heated pressure rollers.

04Trim, cure & pack

Edges are trimmed and the panels cured, inspected and stacked.
